Role & Responsibilities
As a Remote Account Manager, you will be the primary driver of client satisfaction and growth for a portfolio of 8 to 12 client accounts. Your mission is to foster strong partnerships and ensure our clients thrive.
- Champion Client Success: Serve as the primary point of contact, building deep, trusting relationships and ensuring clients are delighted with Fenix's services and results.
- Drive Account Growth: Proactively understand evolving client needs, identify strategic growth opportunities, and expertly present solutions to deepen our partnerships.
- Oversee Performance & Outcomes: Monitor client performance metrics, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and collaborate seamlessly with Fenix's internal teams to ensure service excellence and drive tangible client results.
- Ensure Sales Team Quality: Provide crucial oversight on the effectiveness and adherence to standards of sales representatives working on client accounts.
- Guide Seamless Onboarding: Spearhead the initial client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and successful launch onto Fenix's systems.
