Introduction

Fenix Acquisitions is seeking a talented Software Developer to be a core contributor to our rapidly growing organization. As part of an extremely small and dynamic development team, you will design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions that will power internal operations, enhance our service delivery, and enable massive value for our clients. Roles & Responsibilities

• Software Development: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code to build and maintain internal tools, automation scripts, and integrations that support our sales, marketing, and recruitment processes.
• Innovation & Optimization: Continuously analyze current systems and processes, bringing forward innovative ideas and better technological solutions to improve performance, functionality, and cost efficiencies.
• Platform Integration: Develop robust APIs and integrations between various third-party platforms (e.g., Webflow, GoHighLevel, CRM systems, sales intelligence tools, social media APIs) to ensure seamless data flow and automation.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales leadership, marketing specialists, and recruitment managers, to understand project requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development, suggesting enhancements to improve our solutions.
• Data Management: Design, implement, and maintain database solutions to support scalable data storage and retrieval for operational insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of building and deploying functional applications.
• Strong knowledge of back-end frameworks (e.g., Node.js with Express, Python with Django/Flask, or similar).
• Experience working with cloud technologies (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) for deployment, scaling, and infrastructure management.
• Solid understanding of SQL and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Proficiency in RESTful API design and integration.
• Knowledge of front-end languages and frameworks (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue.js) is a strong asset.
• Highly motivated, eager to learn and grow across multiple disciplines, and excited to bring new ideas to the table.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
