As an AI Specialist at Fenix Acquisitions, you will be a core contributor to our software solutions, working closely with various departments to strategically implement AI tools that revolutionize our sales, marketing, and recruitment processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- AI Integration & Optimization: Ensure seamless integration between AI tools and Fenix's existing systems (e.g., CRM, GHL, sales intelligence platforms, communication tools) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Automation Workflow Management: Design, maintain, and optimize automation workflows powered by AI to improve productivity across sales, marketing, and recruitment functions.
- New AI Technology Implementation: Research, evaluate, and implement new AI technologies and platforms that align with Fenix's company goals and client requirements, driving innovation in our service delivery.
- Custom AI Solution Development: Create tailored AI solutions or scripts designed to address unique client needs or internal operational demands (e.g., lead scoring models, content generation aids, sales call analysis tools).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership, marketing specialists, recruiters, and web developers to identify areas where AI can drive significant improvements in client acquisition and retention.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems, providing recommendations for enhancements and continuous optimization.
- Technical Support & Innovation: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI integrations, and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technology to suggest innovative applications for Fenix and its clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in AI integration, machine learning models, and automation tools, ideally in a business context.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar languages commonly used in AI/ML development.
- Strong experience with APIs and integrating third-party AI solutions with existing software systems.
- Solid understanding of data analysis, data pipelines, and AI model deployment principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of emerging technologies.
