Introduction

Fenix Acquisitions is seeking a dedicated Client Success Manager to spearhead the post-placement partnership with our B2B SaaS clients. Unlike traditional account managers, this role focuses on the long-term success and integration of the executive talent we place and the resulting organizational impact.

You will serve as the trusted advisor for our clients' leadership teams after the search concludes. Your mission is to ensure client satisfaction, monitor the successful integration of new hires, mitigate potential risks, and drive long-term retention and growth through value-added consulting around organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Post-Placement Partnership: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients following the placement of executive talent, building deep, trusting relationships with the hiring team and the newly placed leader.
  • Talent Integration Monitoring: Proactively monitor the integration and performance of the placed executive during their first year, providing strategic check-ins to ensure alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
  • Retention & Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential friction points or integration challenges early, acting as a consultant to both the client and the placed executive to ensure successful tenure and reduce turnover risk.
  • Drive Account Growth: Systematically understand clients' evolving organizational needs, anticipating future talent gaps or consulting opportunities, and strategically positioning Fenix for additional retained searches or services.
  • Client Satisfaction & Health: Measure and report on key client success metrics, manage Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys, and use feedback to continuously improve our service delivery model.
  • Organizational Consulting: Consult with clients on best practices related to scaling, organizational structure, team integration, and talent retention strategies based on industry insights.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B Client Success, Account Management, or Consulting, with a preference for experience within Executive Search, Management Consulting, or high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Organizational Acumen: Strong understanding of corporate structures, leadership roles, and the challenges associated with scaling a B2B SaaS organization.
  • Exceptional Relationship Builder: Proven ability to engage, advise, and influence C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
  • Consultative & Proactive: Highly skilled in anticipating client needs, framing strategic solutions, and guiding complex conversations.
  • Outcome-Oriented: A track record of driving client retention, adoption, and expansion within a portfolio of accounts.
  • Detail-Oriented System Management: Highly organized with proven ability to manage client communication and data meticulously within a CRM/CSM platform.
  • Strong Communicator: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, essential for high-stakes client reporting and strategic consultation.
