As a Remote SDR creating a positive first impression is paramount as you are the crucial first point of contact. You'll be identifying and engaging potential clients, sparking interest, then setting qualified meetings for our Sales Representatives and Account Managers. This role is perfect for someone looking to break into sales and build a strong foundation for future sales roles.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Research and identify potential opportunities.
  • Lead Engagement: Initiate contact with inbound leads (phone calls, emails, direct messaging)
  • Appointment Setting/Management: Gain interest from prospects then strategically schedule and manage appointments for the team ensuring leads are prepared and informed for next steps.Their fit through active listening (understand their struggles, goals and decision making process to align with our solutions)
  • Manage CRM:  Maintain accurate uptodate records on all leads you work with ensuring data integrity and clear communication.
  • Performance Management: Meet or exceed given KPIs (Call Volume, Response Time, Conversion Rates)

Qualifications

  • Strong Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive Mindset: Goal-oriented, motivated individual who is always pushing the envelope on success meaning you are persistent, and not afraid of rejection.
  • Coachable: Training will be available, and will be encouraged, we are seeking coachable individuals who want to be all they can be through guidance.
  • Detail Oriented: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are an asset especially when setting meetings, managing CRM and handing off leads to the next stage of the sales cycle.
  • Tech Forward: Familiar with CRM tools or are a quick learner who is both eager to understand our business and the tools we use to ensure success.
  • Adaptabe: Can work independently and manage their time effectively in a remote setting with the ability to pivot and adjust based on the prospect, feed back, market trends and business needs.
