This is a crucial, non-commission role focused purely on long-term strategy and executive talent acquisition—not volume cold calls or transactional recruiting.
You will be the core engine of our strategic talent pipeline, dedicated to conducting deep market research, talent mapping, and sophisticated sourcing within specific B2B SaaS verticals. Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with passive candidates for executive and highly specialized roles.Talent Mapping & Research: Conduct sophisticated market research to map competitor organizational structures, identify key talent, and track movement within target B2B SaaS sectors.Pipeline Nurturing: Own the creation, maintenance, and long-term engagement of candidate pipelines using advanced ATS/CRM capabilities, ensuring a warm pool of talent for anticipated needs.Market Intelligence: Serve as a subject matter expert on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability within critical functional areas (e.g., C-suite, VP of Engineering, CRO).Consultative Engagement: Initiate personalized and high-credibility outreach to senior-level, passive candidates, providing a strong first impression of the Fenix brand.Data Integrity & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of all sourcing activity, candidate communications, and pipeline health metrics to inform strategic decision-making.Qualifications
Strategic Research Acumen: Demonstrated proficiency in deep-dive market research, organizational charting, and complex Boolean search logic.Advanced Sourcing Toolkit: Expertise in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other specialized sourcing platforms and tools.Executive Presence in Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior-level, passive candidates professionally and consultatively.B2B SaaS Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the software-as-a-service (SaaS) ecosystem, key functional roles, and common organizational structures is a significant asset.Detail-Oriented System Management: Highly organized with proven ability to manage complex, long-term projects and maintain rigorous data standards within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM.Proactive & Autonomous: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively while working independently in a remote, high-performance environment.Your Impact
