Roles & Responsibilities
- Website Development & Launch: Design, build, and deploy high-performance, lead-generating websites for Fenix clients primarily using Webflow, ensuring adherence to the project timelines.
- Technical Implementation: Write clean, efficient code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) within Webflow, integrate lead capture forms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GHL) to ensure robust functionality.
- Performance Optimization: Implement best practices for website speed, responsiveness, and SEO basics during development to ensure optimal user experience and search engine visibility.
- Project Management & Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Growth Lead, Account Managers, and clients to understand requirements, manage expectations, and ensure on-time delivery of all website milestones.
- Quality Assurance & Testing: Conduct thorough testing of all website functionalities across devices and browsers, identifying and resolving bugs promptly to ensure a flawless launch.
- Maintenance & Support: Provide support for launched websites, addressing technical issues, and ensuring ongoing operational excellence.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in web development, with a strong portfolio of custom websites.
- Expert proficiency in Webflow, demonstrated by a history of successful projects.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, specifically for custom code integration.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality website projects on strict deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and SEO best practices.
- Experience with lead capture form integration, CRM integration (e.g., HubSpot, Monday, GHL), and analytics setup.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and clients.
